Welcome to Mist. By downloading or using the Mist app (“Mist”, the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mist for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
Your creations
Artwork you create by coloring in Mist is yours to enjoy and share. The underlying template illustrations, artwork, designs, name, and branding within the App remain the property of their respective owners and may not be redistributed, resold, or used commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the App's source code or bundled artwork, except where permitted by law.
- Do not use the App in any way that is unlawful or that could harm the service or other users.
Advertising
Mist is supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be shown, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Mist is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your locally stored content will never be lost. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.
